Quick Facts:

Small to medium sized tree with a bushy habit. Glossy leaves are oblong in shape. Flowers are white and occur in pendulous racems usually in winter and spring. They are often hidden among foliage. The fruits are globular and are about 25-35mm diameter. They have a hard, green outer layer and an extremely hard inner shell which protects the kernel. Can self pollinate.
