Quick Facts:

Broad shape with slightly pendulous branches. Trunk becomes mottled with age. Suits cool and warm climates. It is deciduous in cool areas only partly so in warmer regions. May be planted in any open position where there is room for it to spread, but can be contained by pruning. Prefers deep, moisture retentive soil, but needs reasonable drainage as well. Needs regular, deep watering through dry Spring and Summer weather, but adapts well to drier conditions when established.

Tolerant of all conditions.
