Quick Facts:

A slender and columnar tree. Dense growth habit with glossy leaves that turn reddish-orange and purple in Autumn. Single white flowers smother the tree in Spring. A hardy and disease resistant tree. Prefers full sun. Adaptable to most soils including dry and intermittently wet soils, Tolerates air pollution.

All pears cope in full sun and moist conditions. Can cope with wind but will need extra water to counteract dehydration. Copes with slight coastal areas but not full salt winds.
