Quick Facts:

Has thornless ascending branches and white flowers produced abundantly in racemes as the young leaves covered in white down are beginning to open in spring. The oval or egg-shaped leaves are serrated-edged. An attractive tree for small gardens. All pears cope in full sun and moist conditions. Can cope with wind but will need extra water to counteract dehydration. Copes with slight coastal areas but not full salt winds.
