Swamp Mallet is a medium growing tree with smooth grey bark over a pinkish-red to shiny tan coloured trunk. Its dense crown of very narrow, glossy olive- coloured adult leaves adds another colourful dimension to the region's parks and gardens. Swamp Mallet has white flowers in the late summer and autumn months. Tolerant of sand, clay and salt.
