The company was started by horticulturist Dave and Sue Woodroffe, who saw a need for higher quality and more mature trees for residential and commercial landscaping projects. Frustrated by the immature trees available from most nurseries, Ellenby focused on growing and nurturing trees to an advanced size and maturity before sale and installation.
Today, Ellenby grow their elite selection of advanced trees. Their horticulturists, and logistics teams handle every step of the process, from propagation to transportation and installation. Ellenby offers trees up to 40 years old and over 15 meters tall for unparalleled instant impact.
